SUMMARY:SPIEL le salon international des jeux de société 
DESCRIPTION:Le SPIEL à Essen\, fondé en 1983\, est considéré comme le plus grand salon international dédié aux jeux de société. Lors de la première journée « The educators day »\, des experts\, des chercheurs et des praticiens du monde entier donnent un aperçu de l’état de la recherche dans le champ de l’éducation et des jeux. Cette année\, le selon se tiendra du 5 au 8 octobre 2023 à Essen. A travers de nombreuses présentations\, discussions et ateliers pratiques\, ils montreront que les jeux de société sont à l’origine de changements dans l’éducation et la société. Ils parleront du potentiel des jeux dans les contextes d’enseignements informels et formels et présenteront les dernières études et projets dans ce domaine.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCéline Lanoë  (MC\, LPCN) et Amélie Lubin (MC\, LPCN) seront présentes lors de cet événement et réaliseront une communication orale le 06 octobre à 10h30 lors de la session « recherche ASMODEE – aperçu de trois projets sur les bénéfices des jeux de société sur l’éducation » \n\n\n\n\nAbstract\nThe JEuMETACOGITE educational program: Enhancing executive functioning through a metacognitive approach while playing at school \n\n\n\nCan we enhance our executive functioning through a metacognitive approach while playing at school to improve learning? We will present the findings of an experimental study aiming to evaluate the impact of a pedagogical program on the metacognitive\, executive\, and academic competencies of 9/10-year-old students. The JEuMETACOGITE program endeavors to foster students’ awareness of their brain and executive functioning by employing a metacognitive approach that uses board games as a medium for classroom learning. The study spanned an entire school year and involved 300 fourth-grade participants divided into four groups: one experimental (Metagame) and three controls. Metacognitive\, executive\, and academic performances were assessed in all children prior to and after completion of the program. The initial results demonstrated the positive impact of the Metagame group on executive performance. This study highlights the implementation and advantages of a game-based metacognitive program in the classroom\, empowering students to comprehend their executive functioning and develop tools for structuring their thinking. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nInscriptions\n\n\n\nProgramme\n\n\n\nen direct sur Youtube\n\n\n\n\n\nCéline Lanoë est Maîtresse de Conférences en Psychologie du Développement à l’Université de Caen Normandie. Son expertise porte sur les liens entre le contrôle cognitif\, le langage et les apprentissages scolaires dans le domaine de l’éducation. Au LPCN elles est impliqué dans le programme de recherche SCOPE – Les Sciences COgnitives Pour l’Éducation. \n\n\n\n\n\nAmélie Lubin est coordinatrice du programme de recherche SCOPE\, à travers différents projets de recherche ce programme prend en compte le fonctionnement cognitif et sociocognitif de l’enfant et de l’adolescent pour permettre la construction des connaissances et compétences nécessaires aux apprentissages
